Kennedy Point Condominium Association, Inc. (KPCA) is a Wisconsin corporation.  Individuals become members of KPCA by virtue of their ownership of a unit at Kennedy Point.  In addition to being subject to Wisconsin corporation and condominium statutes, members of KPCA are bound to comply with the following Kennedy Point Condominium Documents.  The most important of these that members should be familiar with are the Declaration of Condominium, the Rules, Regulations & Enforcement Procedures, and the Bylaws.
