Kennedy Point is a 42 unit condominium located in the heart of the vibrant Schenk/Atwood neighborhoods at the north end of Williamson Street in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a bike and pedestrian-friendly area with many locally-owned shops, restaurants, and entertainment destinations just steps away.
Kennedy Point Condominium Association, Inc. (KPCA) was formed in 2006. Kennedy Point was developed by Joe Krupp, a well known real estate developer in Madison who has developed, and continues to develop, apartment and commercial buildings in the Atwood area and elsewhere in Madison. Due to the economic downturn in 2008, many of the units in Kennedy Point initially were rented by the developer. By the middle of 2014, the developer had sold most of the units, at which time the owners, through KPCA, assumed operational control of the building. The building is currently nearly all owner-occupied and new leases are limited by a Leasing Policy adopted by the Board of Directors at the beginning of 2016.
The Board of Directors is made up of five owners who serve staggered two-year terms. Directors serve without compensation. All owners are encouraged to become involved in KPCA by attending board meetings, sharing their views and concerns with board members, or joining other owners in activities such as the Garden Club and helping to ensure that Kennedy Point continues to be a great place to live.
This is the official website of the Kennedy Point Condominium Association, Inc. Only Kennedy Point owners have access to the "Members" section.
